Traditional Hatha Yoga at Roxan Fitness Club, Take yoga lessons, and it will bring harmony into your life, and the freedom to change. Friday morning 7:00 – 8.30, which is a very good time to refresh yourself, and finish the work week with a positive energy. Wednesday afternoon 16:00 –17:00 is the best possible time to relax, in the middle of the week. The class is including: centering, warm- ups, yoga postures (asana), yogic breathing (pranayama) and relaxation (yoga nidra). Private and group sessions are available. Session cards are available, or you can join a class for 1 800 Ft. |
